Giveaway Official Rules
These Official Rules govern the Intherafters card giveaways. By entering, you accept these rules in full. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
The giveaways are sponsored by Intherafters ("Sponsor"), operator of shop.intherafters.com. Contact: giveaways@intherafters.com. [Sponsor legal entity name and mailing address to be completed before first live drawing.]
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
3. Giveaway period & drawings
When live, up to five (5) cards are given away each day. Each card is a separate prize with its own entry window that closes at its scheduled draw time. Drawings are scheduled at approximately 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 8:00 PM Pacific Time. Until drawings begin, joining the list reserves your place and enters you in launch giveaways. Sponsor may add, change, or pause drawings at its discretion.
4. How to enter
Enter for free by submitting your email address through the giveaway page at /pages/giveaway. Limit one entry per person per drawing. Entries with incomplete, false, or unreachable contact information may be disqualified. Automated, bulk, or robotic entries are void.
5. Winner selection & odds
Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received for that drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The random drawing is final and binding.
6. Winner notification
Potential winners are notified by email at the address provided and may be required to confirm eligibility and a shipping address within seven (7) days. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Prizes
Each prize is one (1) sports trading card selected by Sponsor; the specific card and its approximate retail value vary by drawing and are shown on the giveaway page for that drop. Prizes are awarded "as is," are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is responsible for shipping the prize to the winner. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
8. General conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the giveaways. If a giveaway is compromised by fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate it.
9. Limitation of liability
By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability for loss, harm, or damage arising from participation or from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Privacy
Information you submit is used to administer the giveaways and, with your consent, to send giveaway and marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time. See our store privacy policy for details.
11. Not sponsored by third parties
These giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any card manufacturer, league, players association, or any social media or email platform.
